comfortable stay , but lacking mini-fridge

The room had very comfortable pillows , made for a restful night. The cleaning standards were excellent, with a super clean environment throughout my stay. Breakfast offered a wonderful selection of freshly baked pastries that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff really were really good, provided friendly service while handling my inquiries.

I found the lack of a mini-fridge in the room to be a downside, especially during warmer weather.

It has pleasant staff at the reception desk.

Wonderful, enjoyable breakfast with many alternatives. Big beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and tea/coffee making equipment. Favourable and incredible location, near Molenmuseum de Valk, loved this place.

Noise from traffic outside!!! Lack of mini-fridge in rooms!!! No air-conditioning control giving discomfort during warmer periods!!! Inconsistent room cleaning standards needing attention!!! Dated room decor that could use a refreshing update!!!

Relaxing hotel, enjoyable and marvellous breakfast!

Units with nice bathroom.

Breakfast seemed included from the offer at Booked.net. We did not check the confirmation of Booking and grabbed 1 sandwich. Than they told us it was not included so we had 1 sandwich of 32 euro...

Absolutely loved the breakfast spread – freshly baked pastries and a variety of juices! 😍 The only downside was the street noise that could be annoying at times.

Perfect and comfortable location, it was walk from a train station. From the moment we arrived the friendly professional staff made us feel welcomed.

The location was fit to our trip purpose - close to the railway station. The room was confortable. The breakfast was rich and nice presented.

During our stay, due to some building works, noise inconveniece appeared. Services/facilities, should be improved - no laundry or ironing services.

Super comfy and modern vibes

I stayed here with my mom and the place was so clean and bright! We loved how spacious the bathroom was. The breakfast spread was amazing, especially the fresh fruit. Just a bit tricky getting in and out during rush hour 'cause of the nearby traffic.

The staff are pleasant people at the reception desk. The location is great, 15 minutes' walk to Next. And the area is good short walk to city center and central station, the main tourist attraction and many shops and restaurants.

The room was extremely noisy because of traffic in the backyard!

The Standard Double Room was spacious and clean, with comfy beds. I appreciated the in-room coffee and tea facilities, a nice touch. I really missed having a mini-fridge, especially for snacks or drinks. The bathroom was modern but would have been perfect with a bit more space to layout personal items. The ambiance was nice, and I liked that it felt cozy enough to relax in after a day of exploring.

The location is perfect: close to the train station, the hospital (LUMC), and the city center are all in walking distance.

There was maintenance going on in the hospital. The interior is a bit outdated. You have to pass the offices of the hotel staff before reaching the elevators (both are outdated too).

Very convenient for the station with good connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and den Haag.
